I truly stand by Jillian Michaels. She has a Strength-Cardio-Abs circuit in mind that keeps her workouts quick and fun. I have probably 10-12 of her DVD's, but I have some faves:
7 Day Shred
This is my newest. You can read my review, its bit hard to follow on a daily basis, but the 1st strength workout is awesome, moves fast and gets you sweating.
Ripped in 30
I think this was one of her 1st videos, but its still a staple. I usually do workouts 1-3. Number 4 takes a toll on my knees and ankles.
Yoga Meltdown
I LOVE this one and have been doing it for 2 years. (not consistently of course, or I'd be a specimen of health ;) Its a GREAT stretch in the morning, and burns enough calories that if you dont get to workout later in the day, you did a good deed.
Killer Buns and Thighs
I like #2 and #3 the best. Great basics.

Kim Kardashian Fit into your jeans by Friday
Yes, its cheesy, but it is the knockoff of Buns of Steel. You WILL be soar. Though they dont seem to have it together, it truly is the only workout that gives me definition in my legs if I do it 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Great for buns too!
Her arm workout is good too, but I'd rather do Jillian. If you're a Kim fan, I'd recommend it.
The Gym
If you can afford a personal trainer, there truly is no better way to go. I did it and it whipped my a$$ into shape like no ones business.
If you cant, and you are a member of a gym, then just wear your calorie counter and go to town! I love the elliptical and stair master since legs are my heavy spots, but do what you need.
