Review of Jillian Michaels 7 day Shred


Jillian Michaels 'One Week Shred' DVD





Whew! Based on the fact that I look like I just took a shower, I will say that this workout kicks your butt! There a 2 workouts. A strength one to be done in the am and a cardio one to be done in the pm.

Cool concept in that I felt like I worked off 2 meals and deserve a 3rd, but also need a shower after both so it's not very convenient. Then again, if you want 7 pounds in 7 days, its a small price to pay.

I know Im a bit stronger now than I was a few weeks ago, but I couldnt get through the whole thing without wussin' out a bit. I hope to get through the whole thing in a week!
