Maybe its Atkins, I dont know, but its not hard and it makes you lose what you need to lose. Combined with some fun workouts and you SHOULD lose weight! Enjoy!

The green Velvet Bikini diet is isn't only about losing weight. It's about looking and feeling your best too. It's about keeping your face healthy and moisturized. Maybe get a facial for the first goal. Wearing your sunblock, whitening your teeth, fun mani-pedis (and a cute pair of sandals for goal #2). A cute workout suit for goal #3 (once you start to look hot). It's drinking good-for-the body green tea and taking vitamins. Towards the end goal, get a cut and highlight for your hair. Feel good from the inside out. It shouldn't just be about weight, it should be about you.....
